An avid reader, I have conducted a fair amount of time reading, researching, attending seminars and events trying to separate myths from reality. What is a myth? In the early ages, myths were created to explain what we weren't expected to understand. Not all myths are untrue; some bear an ounce of truth.
I believe that you would agree that almost all facts are debatable and one person's fact usually becomes another person's opinion. So, are all facts true? The global economic crisis, for example, has people flocking to the Internet looking for ways to make money online. Bills need to be paid. Some are hoping to earn extra money, pay for education, or supplement a nest egg. Perhaps you fear that you too will soon be in this position. How can you discern a legitimate offer from a hoax? BEWARE of scams and schemes regarding any type of employment. Do your own research before you make a commitment, as there's a ton of B.S. out there.
Below you will see that I have thoughtfully hand-picked some books that I can recommend to help you in your quest for good information. Do I have all these books? BOOKS SHOULD YOU BE READING FIRST TO AVOID B.S.?
Everyday,
we are surrounded by B.S. (meaning nonsense; untruths; lies; etc.) and
we are bombarded with it. You can count on B.S. to raise its ugly head
in all shapes ... political forums, financial, health-related and economic
issues. B.S. impacts even our personal relationships and I am tired
of it! Aren't you?
Over
time, I have learned a few things that finally gave me some truthful
answers to my questions. And, I confess, I have significantly enhanced
my own personal library. Now, you may ask, "How can I avoid B.S.
