The 10 Pillars That Support (or Destroy) Nations
BY BART SMITH, AUTHOR OF B.S. THE BOOK In my political analysis, it has come to my attention that there are ten (10) pillars that either support or destroy a nation. So, when it comes to destroying any nation (namely, the United States of America) and it's people, from the inside out, all one (or several) groups have to do is to tear down each one of these ten (10) pillars and the enemy (which those organizations are) can move right on in and instill their laws and ill values upon us as a nation of united citizens. Allow me to use the following illustration I designed in this analogy to paint a clear picture as to how our country (the United States of America) is being torn down by our enemies, both foreign and domestic, with the intent on destroying our way of life, our culture and our people …
Pillar # 1 — Financial
This pillar covers any and all matters of business, taxation, printing money, putting people in debt, issuing credit to those who can't afford to pay back the loans they're about to be given, charging high rates of interest/usury, etc. If you can beat down a nation with carefully designed financial laws, high taxes and the like, a nation will become weak, in debt and ultimately go bankrupt to its (foreign) lenders. Look at our economy today and the debt our nation's political leaders have caused this nation to incur? Outrageously B.S. in my opinion.

Pillar # 2 — Education
Get ‘em while they're young! That's their agenda. Home schooling? Out of the question. Vouchers? School choice? Forget it! Those in charge of educating our children don't want to let go, even if they get an "F" for failing to teach our children what they really should be learning. Lock the parents out! That's what schools really do. Ask to see all the books the students are taught with, or the programs they're exposed to and you might get a strange look from the school staff. "Why do you want to know? We know what's best for your child. Please go back to work. Ask again, and we might charge you with trespassing on school property." Remember, public schools are "government-run" schools. They're not independently run by parents and local communities. In all, letting the government run our education programs (without strict oversight and say from parents) is 100% full of B.S.

Pillar # 3 — Faith
Make it hard for people to believe and practice their faith, enact "hate crimes" preventing those who believe certain lifestyles are a "sin" (i.e., unhealthy) and you're on your way to destroying religious freedom. Make certain religionaas feel unwelcome in the public square and society is on its way to allowing an "anything goes" policy, which only invites the lude, crude and generally obscene to be on display right next to the righteous in the name of equal, expressive art! B.S.

Pillar # 4 — Family
Destroy the family; enact laws that don't support the family, but protect organizations and certain lifestyles that historically destroy the family fabric of society and this pillar is bound to come down. How many single family homes do we want our nation to have? How many father-less children do we want growing up with hurts, wounds, scars and prison records? How many single women should go through life without a loving husband, because singledome or "free love" and "hooking-up" are considered the "new norm!" B.S., I say …

Pillar # 5 — Health
Forget about teaching real nutrition to children, families and parents. Forget about serving our children nutritious meals at schools. Instead, hook up with corporations to serve their junk crap food to kids throughout the land. What's more, a society with an ever growing rate of obesity, and your entire country is headed for trouble. Illness, sickness, disease, pre-mature deaths, loss of work productivity, etc., all leads to the pillar of Health falling down and weakening a nation. A nation that isn't healthy can't defend itself against other forces that wish to take it down.

Pillar # 6 — Culture
While there are seven evident pillars that support a nation, I would like to add that the "culture" of a nation is a bi-product of all these pillars. Depending on the state of each pillar, will the culture reflect the current status of those pillars. Are they weak? Are they strong? On that note, check out some of the recommended books below from these authors who like to write about the culture and state our nation is in. Great books; as I have almost all of them by these authors. They're certain to open your eyes, your heart and your mind to how you too can see what's wrong within our nation and how you can help better the culture for everyone …

Pillar # 7 — Guns
This includes gun rights (not gun laws), the right to bear arms, a strong national defense and the right for citizens to carry concealed weapons to protect themselves against crime. Remember, the crime usually happens BEFORE the police get there. Prevention is the number one reason why guns are handed to citizens to defend themselves. Wthout them, society is vulnerable to tyranical governments.

Pillar # 8 — Laws
Immigration laws, financial laws, domestic policy laws, just to name a few areas of "law" where the government can really mess up a nation and prevent it from taking care of itself in the proper way. There are laws on the books today, which you have no clue what they're for or what their true intent was upon their creation. When laws are created that destroy the fabric of our nation, they need to be vetoed or repealed.

Pillar # 9 — Military
Spread a country's military force around the world, close as many bases as you can within the borders of a country, provide inadequate care to the veterans who return home from war … and what do you have? A country that cannot defend itself, let alone muster up the morale needed to do just that in a time of crisis. A strong offense, is a strong defense.

Pillar # 10 — Media
A country with a corrupt or biased media will not get the necessary (and truthful) information it needs to stay informed, make proper decisions, etc. Instead, it will get fed "editorials" and "opinion" and "ideology" and "agendas" in the name of "profits" and "control". Only a free and honest press providing coverage on all subjects from a variety of angles, thoughts and opinion will best serve a nation.
