Even MORE Hair Care Tips!

BY BART SMITH, AUTHOR OF B.S. THE BOOK

Here are some great hair care tips to help you maintain a healthy head of hair.

  • Go a day without washing it with soaps and conditions. Give your hair a break from the chemicals.
  • Wash your hair thoroughly (of course). Don’t be afraid to scrub.
  • Brushing helps stimulates your head and scalp. Brush 2-3 times daily should do it.
  • Use a comb when your hair is wet. Use a brush when your hair is dry.
  • Clean and wash your combs and brushes from dead hair and lice particles! Replace them every six months.
  • Pat your hair dry with a soft, clean towel; don’t always blow-dry it. Give it a break!
  • SCAP TANTILIGING MASSAGING BRUSH Pick up a massaging brush (no B.S.). These brushes massage the scalp as you brush your hair; helping to stimulate blood circulation to the follicles. I’ve been using a massaging brush for over 7 years and have see and feel the difference every day. I have one in the car and one in the bathroom. Of course by now, I need to replace them, they’re so used!
  • Keep the hair trimmed to avoid split ends and more. Keep it healthy at all times!
  • Without naming (brand) names, watch out for hair loss scams, cons, cheats and lies! Slick hair loss product/solution commercials are just that – slick! They want your money, and they’ll tell you exactly what you want to hear in order to get it!
  • Research, research, research, always! I’ve seen and heard more B.S. about hair loss solutions over the past three decades than I care to know. Once you start using certain products, you better not stop or your hair will fall right back out. If satisfactory results are to be obtained, they say, then a lifetime of use (and payment) are required! Yikes! Certainly a drain on anybody’s wallet to say the least. And, don’t forget about those side effects associated with the use of chemicals and surgical remedies!
  • Here’s a tip:grow your hair naturally!
