Don’t Look Back

What holds you back is always looking back at where you’ve been and wishing you could have, should have, would have … It’s all B.S.

When you were a child, you were full of optimism because you didn’t have a life history of setbacks, failures and heartache.

You knew no failure! You carried no burdens then. As we grow older, we accumulate “life” experiences. Some good. Some bad.

Yikes! The key is to “drop” the bad memories (just drop ’em), and keep the “good” ones.

Live In The Now! Right Now!

Look at the word “THERE” … Cross off the first letter and what do you get? You get “HERE!” As in, you don’t live “there” (i.e., past/future), but you live HERE! (i.e., in the NOW/present!)

Listen, don’t look back. Eyes forward. Lean into today. Work hard today. Play hard today. Live life fully today.

Today is all you really have. Live today.
