Count Your Blessings

To have friends at all, to be in love, to have a wonderful caring family that loves you just the way you are, unconditionally, is worth everything in the world.

Count your blessings, my friend. You are one of the very fortunate few who have all that. Stop what you're doing, call someone you love, who hasn't heard from you in a while, and tell them, "I just called to say, 'I Love You!' "

You know, you can always replace some "thing" you broke. You can always replace some "thing" you lost. You cannot, however, replace the living flesh of another human being once they're gone, lost, past away, ran away, left you, abandoned you in the night … You can't. So, count your blessings, be kind, be thankful for what you have.
