Lending isn't just monetary, its also encouragement, support, helping others, lending your time list... It's always the little things that count the most! Again, so true ... It is so true, you cannot give to others unless you give to yourself, first. When it comes to building and growing prosperous relationships, one element is vital: communication. If you had just 24 hours to live: What would you do? Where would you go? Who would you see? I love this statement about time ... If you can master these two characteristics of strength than you are very strong. That famous prayer ... "God give me the serenity to accept things
which cannot be changed; ..." Meditation disciplines the mind. Meditation helps our whole body, mind and spirit rest in quiet content. Meditate on that which is good, peaceful, relaxing and soothing to the spirit. There are many aspects to love and loving one another, but there are two that stand out … love yourself and love others more. It’s okay to acknowledge your positives, strengths and talents. It’s also good to be confident in your abilities. Self-confidence is not necessarily a bad thing. Self-confidence becomes harmful though when it rises to the level of pride. It’s easy to dwell on the negative when you don’t spend any time thinking about all the good things happening in your life. Here are a few blessings you need to count ... We really do have everything you need. We just don’t know it. Why worry about what we don’t have? In the world today, the #1 prerequisite to overcoming B.S. in life is having a true sense of balance. Without balance, one cannot adequately distinguish B.S. from "normalcy." With so much B.S. in the world today, we must maintain a reasonable balance and a strong sense of peace and harmony within ourselves and give our spirits a break from the cares, concerns and chaos of the day and thoughts of uncertain futures yet to be lived. When grocery shopping, here's my personal list of tips, do's and don'ts to save you time, money and B.S. Living in a free country means more to us than we may realize. Of all the countries on earth, what country do people run to most for safety and opportunity? Nothing wastes more time and energy and damages the heart and feelings (even reputations) more than spreading gossip, lies and "dirty laundry." In my political analysis, it has come to my attention that there are ten (10) pillars that either support or destroy a nation. So, when it comes to destroying any nation (namely, the United States of America) and it's people, from the inside out, ... IN POLITICS: "LEFT-WING", the political left, or the Left, are positions that seek to "reform" or abolish the "existing social order" for the purposes of "social justice" and for the benefit of the "group" or "community." IN POLITICS: "RIGHT-WING", the Political Right, Conservatives and the Right are positions that seek to uphold or return to traditional values and/or the liberties of a civil society.
